Description: Nurse Jade enters the doctors exam room to discuss a patients outstanding debt with the doctors office. Jade decides there is one way he can work off his debt- by worshiping her feet. The patient begins to kiss and lick her shoes under Jades ste direction. She points out how infested and gross her feet are from walking all over a doctors office floor all day. The patient licks her shoes even more. After he takes off her shoes, Jade wipes her feet all over the hospital floor, forcing him to lick the dirt off her feet.
